Rude and slow employees.One is working with customers and the other at desk chatting on cell phone with friends.Then you come in with a reservation and they say oh sorry we overbooked we have nothing.
It was an excellent experience and very easy great customer service.

Some time it's better to book your rental in advance. Don't like when you are not able to have weekends rental because they are close.
I understand it's a small town but a corporation like should take better care of the building they are renting. I'll just say this. My Moma all was said if you don't have something nice to say don't say anything. -star
