Although I was attended quickly, and staff was friendly, I was basically just given an ice pack for what turned out to be a fracture. I had to wait all day, in pain, for them to tell me anything of consequence and the Doctor couldn't be bothered to attend the injury do more than relay instructions via an attendant over the phone. In short, I should not have to wait 6 hours with nothing but an ice pack to find out that to what extent I'm injured, nor should I have to go purchase a splint of my own accord and apply it. At the end of the day I found myself asking exactly what I had paid these people for.
