We had a outstanding meal last night in this nicely restored historic restaurant. Chef is doing a great job, but they needed more servers as we had quite a few delays from start to finish. Deconstructed Chicken Cordon Bleu and Blackened Shrimp were incredible. Breakfast was hearty, delicious and served with a smile and great service by Floyd! Restaurant was popular with the older set.
Smoked Pork Chop and Deconstructed Chicken Cordon Bleu were absolutely excellent: well-cooked, well-seasoned, and piping hot. Service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return.

My wife and I enjoyed our anniversary dinner in this fine restaurant. The service was great, the ambiance was ideal and the food was terrific. Grilled Romaine Salad!!!shut the front door!!!
This place needs to step it up. Just had the salmon and rice with green beans. The salmon was over cooked, the rice was drenched in oil, but then had some weird creamy sauce under the rice... And the green beans were over greased. Nothing seemed fresh... If it was, the oil or butter disguised it. The rolls were warm, but looked like they were pre-baked frozen rolls. I just paid $30 for a below average meal. It was pretty disappointing. The atmosphere looks great, and the people who work there were nice, the food was just very underwhelming. I like to eat fresh high quality foods, so keep that in mind. Also, my Caesar salad was drenched in dressing, I could not eat it all because of that. :( I ate my food, but did not enjoy it.
