Amazing building. It smelled like mulled cider inside, old and beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious, no regular breakfast, but has a restaurant at night. Would visit again.
Very historic seeming hotel, very quirky. The restaurant has a great breakfast if you're not in a big hurry, and the burgers at the on-premises pub are excellent. The rooms are large, and the beds are comfy, water pressure was above average. I've stayed here a couple times an always found street parking by the front door, which is convenient.
Beautiful beyond words! Thank you to Tessa for taking care of literally our whole family when we arrived for our Mother's funeral at Andersonville National Cemetery. We had 8 rooms total and every one of them was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and very unique! I truly cannot say enough good about this historic hotel. Thank you to all for making a sad event much better.
I loved the age and history of this hotel. I was like a step back in time. I was just not a fan of the bed in room 221 also there was no view, just other buildings up close. The food was very good the bar made you feel right at home. The other staff were very friendly. The hotel was built in 1896. Very cool
Beautiful old hotel well restored. Restaurant and its dining room are wonderful, with attentive staff. Gorgeous 1890s parquet floor and nice decor. Food very good. Pub was good too--great burger, nice beer selection, exceedingly friendly and attentive service. My room was gorgeous, but there was a very musty smell upon entering it.
