Outstanding customer service. Literally went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. We got really lucky finding an open room coming from Florida and it was even better with the way they treated us. We only have the room for the night, but if available we will stay til Tuesday without question. This hotel really stands out as a goto when in town. Couldn't be happier.
I gave my experience 3 stars. My room could have been better as far as cleanliness.... The appearance was ok and updated. The hotel clerk Johnathan displayed complete professionalism. He was very knowledgeable about the company and the discounts offered, he was also very accommodating to my circumstances.
No microwave, lobby was still under construction. And the staff (or lack thereof) was rude, along with the manager. Do not go here, book a room at the Hampton Inn right next door.
First night there, Nov. 3, 2017, a couple in the room over us, the woman screamed, running back and forth , slamming door, breaking items; the man continued to talk loudly, repeating words !! This went on all night long, around 10pm called office, the lady said she'd check. !! Called about 5 more times, no answer, even laid receiver down and let it ring, finally hung up !! Afraid to go to office !! Went to office next day, complained couldn't reach the lady we talked to last night !! The morning clerk checked phone, it had been turned off all night !! The couple checked out at 11am, didn't put any one in the room Saturday !! 2 night stay, Thank goodness !! The lady on night shift should be fired , otherwise the beds and room were very good , other ladies were very nice !! Will consider about returning !!
