Inexpensive. Decent customer service from staff. Desk clerk Brittany is a shining jewel of the hotel. She has been the most helpful, courteous, and friendly person I've ever dealt with at any hotel. She should be at a finer establishment or compensated more for staying loyal to an average chain hotel.
Small rooms but seem to be clean. Front entrance so small you think your going in the wrong door. Breakfast was good.
Very clean hotel, comfortable bed and the nicest staff ever! Staff is all smiles and gracious southern hospitality. Breakfast is great - lots of yummy options. We were lucky to find this place to escape Irma. Housekeeper hurried to get our room ready when she saw how tired and upset we were. Karen at the front desk was so helpful - 5 stars to her and to Brittany.
Terrible! Just terrible! We had our rooms booked for 2 1/2 months (we booked three rooms with 2 queen beds per room) we arrived and they said they had 2 of the rooms reserved and 1 room with a 1 queen bed. The lady behind us graciously took the one queen bed and let us have her room. When we went up to our room, our rooms which were supposed to be ready at 4:00pm, were a complete mess! Towels on the bathroom floor, candy boxes on the floor, and the bed sheets hadn't been changed. Because of this service I rated this 1 star and I'm sure many of my other family members would agree. To add on, one of the rooms we booked has a rip on the blanket. Although, there were three men part of housekeeping that really hustled to clean our room and did an excellent job! My family and I really appreciate Kendrick, Brandon, and Jermaine who cleaned our rooms marvelously.
Staff is very welcoming. Rooms are nice. Jetted tubs are fabulous for a tired body.
